Digital transformation requires students to possess digital literacy that extends beyond the ability to use technology toward understanding the application of information systems in organizational environments. Based on observations conducted at SMA Shailendra Palembang, most students actively used digital technology in their daily activities but had limited understanding of Enterprise Systems. This community service program aimed to enhance students’ digital literacy and understanding of Enterprise Systems as preparation for the digital transformation era. The program employed an educational-participatory approach consisting of needs assessment, material preparation, pre-test, interactive socialization, discussions, case studies, post-test, and evaluation. The learning materials covered digital literacy, digital transformation, Enterprise Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Resource Management System (HRMS). The evaluation involved 45 students and demonstrated an increase in the average score from 58.44 to 84.67, representing a 44.88% improvement. The highest improvement was observed in students’ understanding of ERP and CRM. These findings indicate that integrating digital literacy with Enterprise System education effectively improves students’ understanding of information technology applications in organizations and strengthens their readiness to face the challenges of digital transformation.
