Workshop Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Anydesk dalam Mendukung Pekerjaan IT dalam Implementasi Install Aplikasi Jarak Jauh

Abstract

The workshop with the theme of Utilization of AnyDesk Application in Supporting IT Work in the Implementation of Remote Application Installation was held with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach that emphasizes the active participation of participants in the learning process and solving real problems in the field. The purpose of this activity is to improve the technical competence of participants, especially in the use of the AnyDesk remote desktop application as a solution for efficient and safe remote software installation. Through the PAR method, participants are not only training objects, but also play an active role in designing, implementing, and evaluating technology solutions that are relevant to their IT work needs. Workshop activities include material presentation sessions, group discussions, direct practice, and reflection on the results of the implementation. The evaluation results show that this participatory approach is able to improve conceptual understanding, practical skills, and readiness of participants in implementing remote support technology in the context of real work.
