Digital transformation has increased the need to strengthen digital literacy and information technology competencies from the secondary education level to prepare students for future workforce demands. However, high school students' understanding of enterprise systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) remains limited. This community service program aimed to enhance students' understanding of enterprise systems while strengthening their digital literacy through contextual learning activities. The program was conducted at SMA Sjakhyakirti Palembang involving 40 students through the HIMSI SIFORCE Go to School program. The implementation consisted of needs assessment, coordination with the partner school, preparation of learning materials, educational sessions using lectures, interactive discussions, and question-and-answer activities, followed by pretest and posttest evaluations. The results showed that students' understanding of enterprise systems increased from 30% to 85%, ERP knowledge improved from 20% to 80%, and interest in the Information Systems field increased from 40% to 88%. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm throughout the program. These findings indicate that the educational program effectively improved students' digital literacy, enhanced their understanding of enterprise system applications in industry, and increased their interest in Information Systems as an essential competency for the digital transformation era.
