This study focuses on the development of a web-based digital archiving system designed to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of library records. The research adopts the Waterfall model to provide a structured development process, covering requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation. Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) are employed to describe the movement of information within the system, ensuring that each functional component is mapped clearly and logically. The interface is designed using UI/UX principles to facilitate intuitive navigation for librarians and users, enabling seamless document management, search, classification, and retrieval. Mockup designs are utilized to illustrate system workflows and interface layouts prior to development. The results demonstrate that the digital archiving system significantly improves document traceability, reduces administrative workload, and minimizes the risk of data loss. This research contributes to the advancement of library information systems by integrating structured analysis techniques with user-centered interface design. The proposed system offers a practical solution for institutions seeking to modernize archival processes and strengthen information service quality.
