This study aims to design and implement a web-based information system for a rental service business while incorporating legal aspects related to personal data protection and electronic transactions. The case study focuses on Zona Florist, a business engaged in the rental of flower boards. The company faced several issues with its manual system, including data entry errors, service delays, and lack of control over customer information and inventory. The system was developed using PHP, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and MySQL, and tested through black-box testing. The system's development integrates legal principles from Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law) and Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. The results demonstrate that the system enhances the efficiency of order processing, reduces errors, and provides better control over customer and transaction data in a secure and legally compliant manner. This study highlights the importance of applying information technology not only for technical efficiency but also for compliance with digital legal regulations.
