Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged business actors to adapt by implementing online-based business systems, including in the wedding organizer service sector. Valoria Wedding is a wedding organizer business developed in the form of a website with the aim of facilitating prospective couples in managing and booking wedding services digitally. The website provides various supporting features, one of the most important being the payment data system, which plays a crucial role in transaction management. This study aims to design and implement a payment data system that is secure, user-friendly, and well-structured to support transaction processes at Valoria Wedding. The system development method consists of several stages, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system is developed using native PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system. Through this system, users can place orders and make payments via an intuitive and responsive user interface, while administrators can manage payment data more efficiently through an integrated system. The implementation results indicate that the developed payment data system improves transaction efficiency, reduces data recording errors, and enables real-time monitoring of payment information. Therefore, this system is expected to serve as an effective digital solution for supporting transaction management in website-based wedding organizer businesses.
