This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system as an interactive learning evaluation medium, following a training session on creating quiz games using Microsoft PowerPoint. The training involved 20 eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Sekayu, who were previously introduced to basic skills in creating interactive PowerPoint quizzes. Based on the need for a digital system to manage assignment delivery, submission, grading, and reporting, a web-based system was developed using the Waterfall model approach. The development process included needs analysis, system design, user interface implementation, and data flow modeling using DFD diagrams. The system was designed for two types of users: teachers and students. Teachers can input assignments, assess student work, and generate assignment reports. Students can access assignments, upload their work, and view their scores. The user interface design demonstrates intuitive navigation and informative layout. This system is expected to support project-based learning and enhance digital literacy practices in the school environment. The study serves as a foundational step for further development towards a fully implementable system for educational institutions
