This study aims to develop a web-based information system to manage and distribute digital certificates resulting from a training program on creating interactive quiz games using Microsoft PowerPoint. The training was attended by 20 eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 4 Sekayu, who were guided in designing simple true-or-false quizzes. As a follow-up to the training, a digital system was created to streamline the documentation of learning outcomes and assist teachers in organizing and delivering certificates efficiently. The development adopted a prototyping approach, allowing for iterative design and refinement based on user feedback. Various diagrams such as use case models, flowcharts, and wireframes were constructed using Draw.io to visualize system processes, data entities, and user interface structures. The resulting application supports two user roles—teachers and students—with key features including login, certificate input, search, and download functions. The system has proven effective in accelerating certificate distribution and enhancing administrative workflow. By implementing the right technological tools, documentation and reporting processes become more organized, accessible, and scalable. This model can serve as a foundation for similar digital systems supporting educational programs and student-centered activities.
